Why is it when my users access their E-mail over OWA, even though they can see in the folder contacts and sub-folders in the Folder view? When they go to compose a new message in OWA they click on "New" and then the "TO" button to access the contacts but the only two listing is for Global Address list and Contacts.. but the Sub-folders for contacts are not there.... and if you attempt to search for a contact in one of those sub-contact folders OWA can't find them.
