DigitalFusion5.0的主要特徵包括了一個具有燈光、攝像機和基本幾何體的真實的3D合成環境，OpenGL加速器，ASCII文件。自Eyeon在去年的siggraph上宣布以來，藝術家對Fusion5WorldTour進行了一些反饋，Fusion5在提供許多新功能的同時也增加了工作平台。波形、矢量顯示器和3D監視器這些用於廣播需求的圖形和效果，都是真彩色的。新的實時矢量顯示器、矩形圖和波長在Fusion5中提供了完整的色彩控制顯示。DigitalFusion5中新的註釋表與每一合成的記事本相似。藝術家可以用這個特徵來保存所做的合成列表。

安裝時選擇Custom自定義安裝下一步去掉HASPHardwarelockdriver(硬件鎖驅動)

一、2000系統比較容易，安裝後破解文件直接複製、覆蓋到DF的安裝目錄就可以了！
二、XP系統：可能比較麻煩，因為原安裝文件上就寫了是NT2K的可能兼容性比較差！
下面是一位朋友的xp上安裝步驟：
1、安裝原版
2、破解文件夾裡的exe文件覆蓋到DF的安裝目錄
3、C盤新建FLEXlm文件將DAT文件複製到裡面
4、OK！

Fusion5nowreferstoitssavedprojectsascompositions,whichnowusethe.compfileextension.Projectss??avedtodiskwerepreviouslyknownasFlows.Thischangeinterminologyhasseveralpurposes.
First,callingthesavedprojectacompositionreducespossibleconfusionwiththenodeschematicportionoftheFusioninterface,whichisalsocalledtheFlow.Forexample,thesentence“Opentheflowandexaminetheflow”ismuchcleareras“Openthecomposition,andexaminetheflow.”
Second,thischangehelpstodistinguishprojectss??avedbyFusion5fromprojectss??avedinFusion4.ThisisimportantbecauseFusionnowusesanASCIIfileformatratherthanabinaryformat,soflowscreatedinpreviousversionsofFusionarenotcompatiblewithFusion5.

FlowImprovements

TheFusion5flowhasbeensubjectedtomanyenhancements.Nodesintheflowcannowusedirect-connectpipesasanalternativetotheorthographicconnectionsinpreviousversions.Athumbnail'flownavigator'whichprovidesaneasywaytonavigatelargecompositionswithminimalpanning.A'FindTool'dialoguehasalsobeenaddedtoassistinmanagingandfindingspecifictoolsinalargeflow.Finally,masksarenowvisibleasseparatetoolsontheflow,makingtheirconnectionstoothernodesinstantlyobvious,andallowingasinglemasktoeasilybeusedonmultipletools.

ASCIIFlows

Thisscreenshotshowsaportionofthecompositionasitappearswhenviewedinatexteditor.ThecompositionisnowsavedasanASCIIfile,makingitpossibletoeditwithouthavingtoopenitinFusion.
ThosefamiliarwithDFScriptwillnoticethatthesyntaxisbasicallyjustaseriesofnestedtables.Thismakesittrivialtoloadandparseflowsusingourbuiltinscriptinglanguage.YoucouldalternatelyuseanyscriptinglanguageyouwanttomanipulateFusion.
Also,thesavedprojectisnolongercalledaflow(*.flw),asitwasinpreviousversions.Thesavedprojectisnowreferredtoasacomposition(*.comp).ThefloweditorintheinterfaceisstillreferredtoastheFlow.Thismakesiteasiertodistinguishbetweensavedprojectsandtheinterfacethanitwaspreviously.

TheThirdDimension

Asuiteofnative3DtoolsarenowavailableinFusion5,andtheindividual3DworldspreviouslyfoundintheTextandParticletoolsarenowpartofthesameoverallenvironment.Fusion's3Denvironmentsupportslights,cameras,particles,text,primitivegeometry,FBXmeshesandscenes,andpointclouds.Theentire3DenvironmenttakesadvantageofOpenGLhardwareacceleration.

ImportFBXScenes

TheFBXsceneinterchangeformatisrapidlybecomingthestandardformoving3Dscenesfromoneprogramtoanother.FusioncannowimportFBXfilesdirectly,creatingamatchingcompositionwithanimatedlightsandcamerasdrawnstraightfromtheFBXfile.Fusionwillevenloadgeometryandtexturesfromthescene!

DisplayViews

OpenGLDisplayViews:DisplayViewsinFusion5arenowbasedontheOpenGLrenderinglanguage.AsaresultFusionnowrequiresagraphicscardwithsupportforOpenGL,andwillbenefitenormouslyfromtheuseofafastOpenGLaccelerateddisplaydevice.
SubViewsandViewTypes:YoucannowenableaSubViewintheDisplayViewsthatcanshowadditionalinformationaboutyourscene.Bydefaultthisminiatureviewwillshowhistograminformationaboutthecurrent,butyoucanclickonthearrownexttotheSubVbuttontodisplayamenulistingthevarioustypesofviewsavailable.Thefollowingtypesofviewsaresupported:Navigator,Magnifier,2DViewer,3DHistogram,3DViewer,ColorInspector,Histogram,ImageInfo,Vectorscope,Waveform.

OpenGLImplementation

ThedisplayviewshavebeencompletelyrewrittentobecomefullyOpenGLaccelerated.Thiswasdonetosupportthe3DenvironmentintroducedbyFusion5.Inadditiontoallowingyoutomove2Dimageplanesaroundin3D,our3Denvironmentsupportsgeometry,meaningthatparticles,textandbasicshapescanexistinthesame3Denvironmentasyourimages.
Ournativecamerawillallowyoutoimportcamerapathsfromalmostall3Dapplicationsandtrackers.

WaveformandVectorscopeMonitors

Producinggraphicsandeffectsforbroadcastmeansensuringyourcolorsarelegal,everytime.WithnewrealtimevectorscopeandwaveformdisplaysinFusion5,takingcontrolofyourcoloriseasierthaneverbefore.

WhiteBalance

WhiteBalance,oneofFusion5'snewColortools,providesyouwiththeabilitytocorrectortunethecolorcompositionofyourshot.Choosedifferentwhitebalancesforshadows,midtones,highlightsforafinelytunedresult.
YoumayhaveseenthefootagehereusedindemonstrationsofFusion4'sHistogramMatchingfeature.WhiteBalancegivesustheabilitytoachievethesamestellarresultswegetfromHistogramMatching,evenwhenareferenceplateisunavailable.

RemoveNoise

Fusion5includesapowerfulnewnoiseremovaltool,thatcaneliminatepeskygrainandnoisefromyourimages.Intheexampleprovided,theleftsidehashadthenoiseremovalfilterapplied,whiletherightsidecontainstheoriginalgrainandnoisefromtheDVclip.

MasksontheFlow

MasksarenowsimplytoolslikeanyotherinFusion,andarevisibleasnodesintheflow.Alltoolsthatsupportmaskingnowprovidemaskinputsonthetooltilesintheflow.Maskinputsonatilearegenerallydrawnasbluearrows,thoughothercolorsmaybeusedforpre-masksandgarbagemattes.Masktoolscanbefoundintheirowncategoryinthetoolsmenu.
Theresolutionofthemaskisnotfixed–itisdeterminedbytheresolutionoftheimageitismasking.IfyouaremaskingaHDsizedframe,youwillgetaHDsizedmask.Youcanbranchtheoutputofamasktooltomultipletools,inwhichcasethemaskwillberenderedatthecorrectresolutionforeachtool.

DoublePolylines

Fusion5nowsupportspolylineswithnonuniformsoftness.Thisisdoneusingdoublepolylines–anewtypeofpolylinethatdescribesvariablesoftnessalongtheedgeofacurveusinginnerandouterpolylinecurves.Youcanalsoconvertanypolylineintoadoublepolyline.

B-Splines

B-Splinesarenowavailableasatypeofpolyline.Ab-splineusesonlyasinglepointtodefinethesmoothnessandcurvatureofapolylinesegment.Comparethistoabezierspline,whichwillusethreepointstodescribesmoothnessalongapolylinesegment(theshapepoint,andtwohandlesforsmoothi??ng)

FlowComments
