GearTrax是一個可以方便地設計實體齒輪的SolidWorks插件，主要用於精確齒輪的自動設計和齒輪副的設計，通過指定齒輪類型、齒輪的模數和齒數、壓力角以及其它相關參數，GearTrax可以自動生成具有精確齒形的齒輪。為工程師提供了一種簡單易用的、在SolidWorks內部就可完成的驅動零件實體造型工具。可以設計的齒輪類型包括直齒輪、斜齒輪、錐齒輪、鏈輪、漸開線齒形、帶齒輪、蝸輪蝸桿、花鍵、V帶輪等。
