Ghostnote不同於以往OSX下的便簽、註釋應用，它可以針對每一個文件、每一個程序來添加註釋，比如一個文本文檔，一個Chrome的標籤頁，PS中打開的一張圖片，都可以用Ghostnote添加不同的註釋。

Ghostnote-applicationforOSX,whichallowsyoutotienotestofiles,folders,programsandwebsites.Forexample,ifthearticleistypedatatimewhenthescreenishighlightedspecificfile,thetextwillalwaysappearwhentheuserclicksagainonthefile.

Similarrecordsusingtheapplicationcanbeassociatedwithotheractivities-forexample,openingafolder,programorwebsite.Inaddition,youcanautomaticallyexporteachnoteintheRTFfile.(Thefollowingserviceupdatestheauthorspromisetoaddtheabilitytolinkrecordswithe-mail,aswellasintegrationwithDropbox-toallowuserstosharenoteswithfriendstothefile.)

Theappallowsyoutocustomizetheappearanceofthenotes-forexample,thebackgroundcolororpositiononthescreen.
