IntroducedinthepreviousreleaseofAvizoSoftware,theImageStackProcessingworkroomfeaturesaninteractiveenvironmenttoeasilycreateandexecuteimageprocessingrecipestoprocessimagestacksin2D.(Eachimageofthestackisprocessedindividually.)
Inthe2019.1release,theImageVolumeProcessingmoduleisthe3DequivalenttotheImageProcessingModule.Thismoduleenablestheprocessingofanimagein3Dratherthanprocessingeachimageofthestackindividually.Whenarecipeiscreated,thepreviewisperformedona3D-slab(withauser-definedwidth)ratherthanonaslice.Thisallowsforcorrectlyset3Dparameters.
