VoxengoPolysquasherisamasteringcompressorAAX,AudioUnitandVSTpluginforprofessionalsoundandmusicproductionapplications.Polysquasherwasdesignedwithamaingoal:tobetransparent.Transparentcompressionactionisacornerstoneforanymasteringcompressor.Transparencyofaudiosignalprocessingisnecessarytopreserveallexistingelementsinthemix,whilecompressionitselfisnecessarytomakethemixsounduniformtoothermixes(tracks)andtomakeitsoundmoresolidand“glued”.

Polysquasherachievesitsgoalbyusingauniquecompressionalgorithmwhichrequiresasmallnumberofparameters–basicallythresholdandratioonly–makingthiscompressorajoytouse.Moreadvancedsettingsarehiddeninthe“compressormodeeditor”panelwhereyoucancreateyourowncompressormodesthatcanbeeasilyrecalledlater.
