◎簡　　介　

高中教師謝威(尼古拉斯·凱奇飾)與妻子羅拉(詹紐瑞·瓊斯飾)一直過著安穩、平靜的二人世界，閒時聽音樂，與好友相聚，可惜曇花一現，某個晚上，羅拉去完樂團排練回家時，慘被劫匪毒打強姦，阿衛在醫院忐忑不安地等候，卻突然遇上神秘人西門(蓋·皮爾斯飾)介入協助，向他提出一個免除後患的“建議”：只要阿衛往後願意隨時候命為地下組織服務，便會替他找出兇手，憤慨的阿衛掙扎答應，以為從此相安無事，可是卻事與願違…
